Team sign in
For Waypoint Specialty staff. Use the same email and password you registered with on WaypointMarket.ai.
Not registered yet? Create an account on WaypointMarket.ai, then ask an existing team member to add you on the Team tab.
Set up two-step login
Team accounts can see every submission and registrant, so the Team Console requires a code from an authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…). This takes about a minute and you only do it once.
- Get an authenticator app on your phone if you don't have one. We suggest Microsoft Authenticator since Waypoint runs on Microsoft 365: iPhone · Android. Google Authenticator, Authy or 1Password work too.
- Add an account in the app. In Microsoft Authenticator tap +, then Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.). In Google Authenticator tap +, then Scan a QR code.
- Point your phone at the code below. The app adds "Waypoint Market" and starts showing a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
- Type the current code in the box below and press Verify. Next time you sign in you'll just enter the code.
On your phone already, or can't scan? In the app choose Enter a setup key (or "Enter code manually"), use Waypoint Market as the name and paste this key:
Enter your code
Open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code for Waypoint Market.
New phone or lost the app? Ask any teammate to press Reset two-step next to your name on the Team tab. Your next sign-in shows this setup screen with a new code.
No team access
You're signed in, but this account isn't on the Waypoint team list yet. Ask an existing team member to add your email on the Team tab.

Sign-in and registration trouble
What happened when people tried to register or sign in over the last 14 days, so a button that "did nothing" can be traced. Shows the email domain only, never the address or password.

Everyone who registers, grouped by company email domain. Companies adding people fastest are at the top. You're emailed when a company reaches 2, 3, 5, 10, 20 or 50 people in 30 days.

Shared links and campaigns
Links in our emails are tagged automatically, so a forwarded email shows up here, and every submitter has a personal invite link on their dashboard. To track your own link, add ?s= and a short tag to any waypointmarket.ai address, for example waypointmarket.ai/?s=ypo-forum or waypointmarket.ai/capacity/?s=lloyds-event. New visitors leave out people who were already signed in. Last 30 days.

Draft Word packs (Full Submission, Underwriting Guidelines, Rate Structure, Market Executive Summary) built automatically once a submitter's NDA is fully executed, and emailed to Brooke and Adam with the executed NDA and Brooke's filing steps. Each new pack waits on Today until it is marked filed. Rebuild one to regenerate it and email it again.

Each registered submitter can prepare Waypoint's view of their property book, confirm the niches they write and pick a premium range for each. These are Discovery / Book Review leads.

Routes: A, build qualified for a call ($10M+ premium, 100+ accounts and a real answer) and the team is emailed. B, grow ($5M+ premium, 10+ accounts and a real answer) is a strong lead sent to self-serve, shown here with no meeting. C, grow is everyone else. Join wants to write the class through an existing Waypoint program (see Producer leads below).
Producer leads
Producers who want to write a class through an existing Waypoint program. Introduce them to the matched program, or keep them on the waitlist until a program in their class opens.

Programs that take producers
Existing Waypoint programs that can take smaller producers. Producer leads are matched to these by class and state. Submitters only ever see a count per class, never the program or MGA name.

Each application is emailed to the team to set up a fit meeting. Click a row to see the full appetite, update the status and keep meeting notes. A possible conflict tag means a market a broker named also works with us directly, or another broker named it too.
Add markets ourselves
Add one market, or import the Capacity Providers spreadsheet. Each becomes a capacity profile in the list above, tagged Added by Waypoint. Only the team sees these; they have no login and are never shown to partners or submitters. Open a profile to add the underwriter and send an invite: the market registers with a blank profile of its own, and once that's submitted ours is archived.

Known firms by email domain
When someone starts a capacity profile, the form uses this list to pre-select how they're coming to Waypoint: as a broker, with their own capacity, or running a facility. They can always change it. Add firms as you meet them.

Waypoint team
People on this list can open the Team Console, see every submission and registrant, and update statuses. Anyone who registers and confirms a @waypointspecialty.com email joins automatically; add anyone else here. Everyone sets up two-step login the first time they open the Console, with step-by-step help on screen.

Who gets which emails
Every team email the site sends is routed from this list: contact form messages, meeting, NDA and demo requests, new registrations and niches, documents, partner activity, reports and alerts. Change a recipient here and it takes effect on the next email. No team address is kept in the site's code. Only @waypointspecialty.com addresses can be used. Emails to submitters and partners themselves aren't affected.
Reminder emails
Scheduled reminders to people outside Waypoint (submit your niche, sign the NDA, book the call, finish your draft, appetite check-ins). While this is off they are held and go out on the next run once it is switched on. Emails people ask for, NDAs, packs and team alerts always send.
Email log
Every email the platform sent in the last 7 days. A daily check confirms delivery and emails Adam if something did not arrive.
| When | To | Status |
|---|
Email templates
Every email the platform sends, who gets it and when. Open one to edit its fixed wording. Names, niches, numbers, dates and links fill in automatically and are not shown here. Keep any tags such as <b> or </b> at the start or end of a line, they bold the name that goes next to it. Changes apply to the next email sent, within a minute.
Test as an outside user
Waypoint Specialty email addresses get team access on the site: no limits, team editing, team-only views, and no Delete account option. Switch a team member to outside view to see exactly what a submitter or capacity partner sees. The Team Console keeps working for them either way. Remember to switch it back off when testing is done.
